Clean Produce

Environmental Working Group's 2013 list of the cleanest produce and that with the most pesticide residues is out and available here.  See the full story here.

And the full list of where all 48 fruits and vegetables tested placed is here.

  1. EWG's Dirty Dozen list debunked. Read the report here. #CleanFifteen #Organic

    1. Definitely an area of controversy - I would rather eat organic for several reasons, but am happy allowing everyone to have their own opinions! However, the reason I eat low pesticide residue (and post the list for my readers who are also in my position) is because of severe allergy. I must avoid corn in all forms. Corn oil and other corn derivatives are often used as carrying agents for plant applications - whether or not the applications are organic or conventional.
